My name is Leah Kalmar, I am also known by my Hungarian name and artist persona "Leahcska". I am an Illustrator and Animator from Toronto, Canada. In 2018 I attended George Brown College where I received a Certificate of Art and Design. Following this Certificate, I attended OCAD University in 2019, where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Design with a major in Illustration.

I currently work as an artist in my field. I am also an active Freelancer, taking on projects such as murals and commissions for a variety of clients. Another focus of mine is promoting my art on Instagram and other social media where I enjoy engaging with my audience and involving myself in the online artist community.

My style is constantly evolving. I prefer to rotate through a variety of materials and subject matter, giving me a diverse and ever evolving portfolio. The majority of my work is created through analog, traditional artistic mediums such as ink, paint and collage. I also incorporate digital editing into my practice and use digital platforms for much of my animating as well as my digital design projects.
